PCSD Principal of the Year: Joe Theobold, Q.I. Roberts Jr-Sr High School
Mr. Theobold has been the principal at Q.I. Roberts for the past 5 years. During his time as principal, Q.I. Roberts has maintained an "A" grade and continues to excel in the percentage of graduates earning an AICE diploma. Mr. Theobold has been successful at creating a positive and energetic culture while being highly visible with parents and students. Congratulations, Mr. Theobold!
PCSD Assistant Principal of the Year: Michael Chaires, Palatka Jr-Sr High School
Mr. Chaires is an Assistant Principal at Palatka Jr-Sr High School. He is a brilliant-minded individual who is a servant leader. He has the respect of the students, peers, families, and community because of his patience, ability to listen, and always being there to help. Hands down, he is one of the hardest working administrators out there. Congratulations, Mr. Chaires!
PCSD District Office Nominee for Support-Related Employee of the Year: Alyse Crabtree, Administrative Assistant for Information Services
Alyse Crabtree provides crucial support for the District's IT department, and she handles all employee security access with ease. More importantly, she shines with her infectious warmth and generosity that brightens our workplace every day. Congratulations, Alyse!
Mr. Theobold and Mr. Chaires will represent the District at the state level awards, and Mrs. Crabtree will represent the District Office for the PCSD Support-Related Employee of the Year award later this year.
